1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must register under your own name using your own payment method.

2.1 Account Security

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totaling a specified amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to bet ten times the bonus amount.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering contributions only count for bets placed on specific sports or games — not all markets qualify.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Vaggo bet actively monitors for bonus abuse. If any of the following activities are detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Claiming bonuses using false information.

6 Betting Rules

The following terms and conditions apply to all bets placed on vaggo bet. Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only after it appears on the bet confirmation screen and is added to the betslip. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, it will be deemed void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

Vaggo bet will notify you if odds change before your bet is placed. Live odds are updated continuously once an event begins. vaggo bet reserves the right to suspend or void any market.

6.3 Result Determination

All bet outcomes are determined through official sources and vaggo bet's odds analysis team. In the case of disputed results, vaggo bet's decision shall be considered final.

• If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is rescheduled, all bets will remain valid under the new schedule.
• If any score or result contains an error, vaggo bet reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

7 Prohibited Activities

Vaggo bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited under these terms and conditions.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a fake identity or false information
• Allowing a third party to access your account
• Using betting software or bots
• Using money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the vaggo bet system
• Participating in match-fixing or unethical betting activities
• Betting with a credit card or borrowed funds

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Vaggo bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these terms and conditions.

8.1 Closure by vaggo bet

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned. A verification process may be completed before the funds are released.

8.2 Closed by Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting Support. Please withdraw all eligible funds before closing.

9 Responsible Betting
